一、我国固定资产投资与钢材消费1981-2009年,我国固定资产投资累计完成117.2万亿元,其中2000年及以后累计完成97.33万亿,占29年总投入的比重约83%。2009年固定资产投资占我国GDP的比例达到了66%。也就是社会财富约2/3转化为土木工程、机器设备,用于人们生活消费越来越少。见图1。 I.
