本文通过对我国城乡居民收入差距现状及成因的分析,给出了缩小城乡收入差距的对策。在国家财政经常性支出中增加对农村基础建设的扶持力度;提高农民素质,加速城镇化进程,扩大劳动力就业;科技兴农,优化农业结构;调整农业补贴结构;加快健全农村社会保障体系。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and causes of the income gap between urban and rural residents in our country, this paper gives the countermeasures to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas. Increase the support for rural infrastructure in the regular financial expenditure of the state; improve the quality of peasants, speed up the process of urbanization, expand labor force employment; revitalize agriculture through science and technology and optimize the agricultural structure; adjust the structure of agricultural subsidies; speed up and perfect the rural social security system.
