前言嗜盐菌引起食物中毒已为国内外卫生工作者所证实(1)~(4)。在临床检验方面,尤锡根等(5)利用生化性状,将嗜盐菌分成五个型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ),这个方法在国内已广泛地被应用。嗜盐菌和肠道菌一样,有O、K及H三种抗原。坂崎(6)利用O、K相结合的血清型来做嗜盐菌血清学性状的检查。为了尽快地控制嗜盐菌食物中毒,丰富嗜盐菌实验诊断方法,有利于流行病学的调查,茲将我们研究结果报告如下。实验材料、方法和因子探索基本步骤
Introduction Halophilic bacteria cause food poisoning has been confirmed by domestic and foreign health workers (1) ~ (4). In clinical tests, Yu Xikun et al. (5) utilize the biochemical traits to classify halophilic bacteria into five types (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ). This method has been widely used in China.
