目的:探讨早期血液灌流联合血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效及对患者血液内环境的影响。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2015年8月本院诊治的80例重症急性胰腺炎患者临床资料,按照治疗时不同治疗方式分为2组,对照组35例患者接受血液透析滤过治疗,研究组45例接受早期血液灌流联合血液透析滤过治疗,对比两组临床具体治疗情况。结果:研究组腹胀/腹痛及腹膜刺激征消失时间明显短于对照组,且血液净化时间、住院时间明显短于比对照组(P<0.05);研究组在两组治疗后血液内环境指标均较治疗前改善基础上,其改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期血液灌流联合血液透析滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early hemoperfusion combined with hemodiafiltration in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its influence on the blood environment. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods and 35 patients in control group were treated with hemodiafiltration . The study group received 45 cases of early hemoperfusion combined with hemodiafiltration, comparing the two groups of clinical treatment. Results: The disappearance time of abdominal distension, abdominal pain and peritoneal irritation was significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group, and the time of blood purification and hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). In the study group, Compared with the pre-treatment improvement, the improvement was greater than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Early hemoperfusion and hemodiafiltration are effective in treating severe acute pancreatitis.
