最近在工作中,曾遇到在应用设计规范及隧道衬砌标准图时,对选用隧道內线路上部建筑类型理解不一致的问题。有的认为线路远期上部建筑采用重型(次重型)时,在长度≥1000米的隧道內按重型(次重型)标准施工,长度<1000米的隧道则降低一级,按次重型(中、轻型)标准施工;这就是说隧道內线路上部建筑类型的选用与其长度有关,长隧道与短隧道标准应有所区别,显然,这与《标准轨距铁路设计技术规范》131条及163条的规定是有出入的。他们认为线路上部建筑高度,中、轻型为65厘米(钢轨15厘米+轨枕20厘米+道床30厘米),较次重型70厘米亦差5厘米,但该差别是在钢轨高度,
