目前我国不动产登记相关机构呈现出缺乏规章制度主导的状态,缺乏规章制度现象的出现很大一部分原因是由于我国缺乏统一的不动产登记制度。不动产登记机关没有统一管理制度,致使机构无责任束缚,且出现登记乱收费现象。本文在简单了解不动产登记制度的基础上,对我国不动产登记制度中存在的问题进行了分析,并从实际国情出发,提出相应的解决措施。
At present, China’s real estate registration agencies appear lack of rules and regulations dominance, the lack of rules and regulations appear a large part of the reason is due to the lack of a unified real estate registration system in our country. Real estate registration authorities do not have a unified management system, resulting in no liability tied to the body, and the phenomenon of registration fees. Based on the simple understanding of the real estate registration system, this article analyzes the existing problems in the registration system of real property in our country and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the actual conditions.
