轴流风机是矿山通常使用的主要通风设备之一，其噪声很高。本文详细分析了ＪＢＴ５２－２局扇风机的噪声及其特点，并有针对性地设计实验了适用于现场情况的柔性消声风筒，突破了消声器是钢性结构的传统模式，风机安装消声风筒后噪声降低了１６ｄＢ，且其九个倍频程声压级均在Ｎ－８５曲线之下，因其即可以起到通风作用又可以降低噪声，故很值得推广。
Axial fans are one of the main ventilators commonly used in mines and their noise is high. In this paper, the noise and its characteristics of JBT52-2 fan are analyzed in detail, and the flexible muffler duct designed for the scene is designed and tested in detail. The muffler breaks through the traditional model that the muffler is a steel structure. Noise reduction after the wind tube 16dB, and nine octave sound pressure levels are below the N-85 curve, because it can play a role in ventilation and can reduce noise, it is worth promoting.
