充分发挥教师在课堂教学中的主导作用,是课堂教学实施素质教育的前提。充分发挥学生主体性,是课堂教学素质教育的基础。有些教师强调教师在课堂教学中发挥主导作用,完全将课堂教学变成老师的“一言堂”;强调发挥学生的主体性,课堂中的一些问题,让学生自由阅读,自由讨论,没有指导就解决。以上虽然发挥了教师和学生的主导作用,但片面地理解主体或偏差,这显然是不恰当的。事实上,教师的主导作用与学生主体地位的关系既对立又统一。在课堂教学中,应充分发挥学生在教师主导下的主体性。

Some teachers emphasize that teachers play a leading role in classroom teaching and completely turn classroom teaching into teachers. In fact, the dominant role of teachers and the dominant position of students both the opposition and unity. In class teaching, students should give full play to the subjectivity under the guidance of teachers.
