针对汽轮机低压末级叶片水蚀严重危及机组运行安全的问题 ,通过整级焊接修复试验研究 ,提出了焊接和热处理工艺 ,研制出了专门用于焊接 2Cr13末级叶片的氩弧焊丝 ,成功地对水蚀叶片进行了焊接修复。
Aiming at the problem that the steam turbine end-stage blades seriously threaten the operation safety of turbine, the welding and heat treatment process are proposed through the research of the whole-level welding repair. The argon arc welding wire specially designed for the welding of 2Cr13 last blade has been developed. The blades were welded and repaired.
