本文研究了ЖСC-6К、ЖС6У和ВЖЛ12合金在原始状态和长时间高温加热后的相成分及力学性能变化,给出了三种合金经热处理后的相分析结果。力学性能研究表明,合金性能的主要变化发生在800℃(100~300h)时效的第一阶段,经过300h以上时效后性能变化不大。同时,在所有时效阶段,ЖС6У合金的高温强度均高于ВЖЛ12和ЖС6-К合金,而ВЖЛ12У合金的高温强度比ВЖЛ12М高。
In this paper, phase composition and mechanical properties of ЖСC-6К, ЖС6У and ВЖЛ12 alloy after heating in the original state and at high temperature for a long time are studied. The phase analysis results of the three alloys after heat treatment are given. Mechanical properties studies show that the main changes in alloy performance occurred in the first stage of aging at 800 ℃ (100 ~ 300h), and little changed after 300h aging. At the same time, the high temperature strength of ЖС6У alloy is higher than that of ВЖЛ12 and ЖС6-К alloy at all aging stages, while the high temperature strength of ВЖЛ12У alloy is higher than that of ВЖЛ12М.
