我国企业不断发展的进程要求我们不断的完善对企业的管理方式,而作为企业管理中的核心部分,财务管理在整个企业管理中起着举足轻重的作用。本文简要的介绍了我国现代企业财务管理的特征,并从财务管理是企业完善管理体系的必然要求以及经营目标的实现这两个方面突出财务管理在企业管理中的核心地位。
The continuous development of China’s enterprises requires that we continue to improve the management of enterprises, and as a core part of business management, financial management plays an important role in the management of the entire enterprise. This article briefly introduces the characteristics of modern enterprise financial management in our country and highlights the central position of financial management in enterprise management from the two aspects that financial management is an inevitable requirement of perfect management system and the realization of business objectives.
