近年来电梯所造成的安全事故屡见不鲜,究其原因30%在于电梯质量,而70%则在于电梯的安装和保养。正因为电梯安装与保养需要耗费较多的资金,所以许多电梯企业对其忽视。文章针对电梯安装与维修保养过程中成本控制的相关问题进行了探讨且提出了成本控制的具体对策,进而在有效减少不必要成本的同时不断加强电梯安装与维修保养水平。
In recent years, accidents caused by elevators are not uncommon, the reason is that 30% of the quality of the elevator, and 70% lies in the installation and maintenance of the elevator. Because of elevator installation and maintenance costs more money, many elevator companies ignore it. In this paper, the problems related to cost control in the process of elevator installation and maintenance are discussed, and the specific measures of cost control are put forward. In addition, the cost of installation and maintenance of elevators are continuously enhanced while reducing unnecessary costs.
