用熔炼法制备了Mg17Al12合金,采用XRD、SEM及粒度测试对不同球磨时间的该合金的结构、形貌进行研究。结果表明:Mg17Al12合金经不同时间球磨后不会发生相的改变,只是衍射峰强度减弱且变宽;随球磨时间延长,合金粉体由原始棱角尖锐的碎石块变成近似球状等轴颗粒,且初始阶段粒度下降很快但粒度下降到一定程度后就不再继续减小,反而会出现团聚或吞并现象。球磨30h后的颗粒粒度分布较均匀,其平均粒度为3μm。
The alloy Mg17Al12 was prepared by melting method. The structure and morphology of the alloy were studied by XRD, SEM and particle size test. The results show that the Mg17Al12 alloy does not change its phase after being ball milled at different times, but the intensity of the diffraction peak is weakened and broadened. With the ball milling time prolonged, the alloy powder changes from the primitive angular crushed stone into approximately spherical equiaxed particles, And the initial stage of particle size decreased rapidly but the particle size dropped to a certain extent after they no longer continue to decrease, but there will be reunification or annexation phenomenon. After 30h of milling, the particle size distribution is more uniform and the average particle size is 3μm.
