本研究以农林10号、奥尔逊矮、矮宁和矮变一号为矮秆亲本,分别与高秆品种 Glenlea、鉴15-1和半矮秆品种选七进行杂交。根据 P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、F_3和 BC_1、BC_2各世代的株高变异,分析并比较这4个矮亲所携矮秆基因的遗传特性。同时,通过4个矮亲之间的互交,分析各自所携矮秆基因之间的等位性关系。研究结果表明:1.矮变一号和矮宁所携矮秆基因不同于农林10号和奥尔逊矮的 Rht_1和 Rht_2隐性矮秆基因,均属一对不完全显性的主效基因。2.矮变一号和矮宁各自所携带的这对不完全显性矮秆基因非属同一位点。
In this study, we selected 10 hybrids of Glenlin, Kamiao 15-1 and semi-dwarf cultivars Nonglin 10, Olson Dwarf, Fuinin and Dwarfing No.1 as their dwarf parents. According to the variation of plant height in P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, F_3 and BC_1, BC_2, the genetic characteristics of dwarfing genes carried by these four dwarfs were analyzed and compared. At the same time, we analyzed the allelic relationship between the dwarfing genes we carried in each other through the cross between the four dwarfs. The results showed as follows: 1. The dwarfing genes of Dwarf No.1 and Dunning were different from those of Rhl_1 and Rht2 recessive dwarfing genes of Nonglin10 and Olson Dwarf, . 2. Dwarf one and dwarfing each carried by the pair of imperfect dwarf genes are not the same site.
