目的 :探讨通过不同方法检测腋窝淋巴结MUC 1基因表达 ,以提高微转移灶诊断率。方法 :收集 10 8个常规组织学检查阴性的腋窝淋巴结 ,分别用免疫组化及RT -PCR法测定MUC 1蛋白及MUC 1mRNA的表达。结果 :MUC 1mRNA阳性检出率为 6 6 % ,明显高于蛋白表达检出率 2 1%。 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :建立起MUC 1基因的RT -PCR分析法 ,进一步提高微转移灶诊断率 ,较免疫组化更为敏感
Objective: To explore the detection of MUC 1 gene expression in axillary lymph nodes by different methods to improve the diagnostic rate of micrometastasis. Methods: A total of 108 axillary lymph nodes were collected. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of MUC 1 and MUC 1 mRNA. Results: The positive rate of MUC 1 mRNA was 6 6%, which was significantly higher than that of the protein expression 21%. (P <0 05). Conclusion: RT-PCR analysis of MUC 1 gene was established to further improve the diagnostic rate of micrometastases, which is more sensitive than immunohistochemistry
