1.把控制理论应用于静压轴承的研究在研究静压轴承时,不能把轴承看成是一个与周围毫无关系的独立元件,而应考虑与之相联系的机械元件的动力学问题。实际上,机床上用的静压轴承就是一个闭环控制系统,因此可以利用控制理论的方法,利用现代控制理论最佳设计技术来分析静压轴承系统的稳定性和动态特性。这就是所谓的系统方法。我国西安交通大学曾用这种方法分析了磨床静压轴承系统的动态特性,证明这种系统方法是分析和设计机床用静压轴承的强有力的工具。
1. The theory of control applied to the study of hydrostatic bearings In the study of hydrostatic bearings, the bearings can not be considered as a separate element has nothing to do with the surrounding, but should consider the kinematic problems associated with the mechanical components. In fact, the hydrostatic bearing used on the machine tool is a closed-loop control system, so the theory and method of control theory can be used to analyze the stability and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic bearing system using the best design techniques of modern control theory. This is the so-called systematic approach. Xi’an Jiaotong University, China has used this method to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the grinding machine hydrostatic bearing system, proving that this system approach is to analyze and design a powerful tool for hydrostatic bearings for machine tools.
