本文通过研究,分析了高职财务管理课程教学中引入行动导向法的必要性,提出了基于行动导向法的高职财务管理教学改革的策略,提出要从创新实践教学内容,应用行动导向法教学,编写与行动导向法相适应的教材,加强校外实践基地建设等方面进行教学改革的策略,对于促进财务管理专业教学的发展,促进财务管理实践人才的有效培养具有积极的意义。
This paper studies and analyzes the necessity of introducing the action-oriented approach into the teaching of higher vocational finance management courses and puts forward the tactics of higher vocational finance management reform based on the action-oriented approach. It puts forward that from the aspects of innovative practice teaching and application of action-oriented teaching , Compiling the teaching material adapted to the action-oriented approach and strengthening the construction of the practice base outside the school. It is of positive significance to promote the development of the teaching of finance management and to promote the effective training of financial management practitioners.
