华尔兹属于交际舞一种,舞步轻盈、舞姿优美,深受高校大学生喜爱。在当前高校华尔兹教学中,学生基础较差,存在系列技术问题,如重心不及时交换、脚跟、掌、尖运动程序不清、运步不合理及转身倾斜动作过大等,都严重打击了学生学习华尔兹的积极性。为此,教师应该分析出现这些舞蹈技术问题的原因,提出相应的解决策略,帮助学生更好学习华尔兹舞蹈。
