伊拉克战争已经过去十多年了,但伊拉克新闻媒体在军事力量处于劣势的情况下,针锋相对地开展战时新闻宣传的做法,对今天开展城市防空作战宣传仍具有很大的借鉴价值。借鉴伊拉克战争的经验教训,着力建设一支现代化的传媒力量,从而打赢新兴媒体上的舆论攻防战十分必要。
The war in Iraq has been going on for more than a decade. However, when the military forces are at a disadvantage, the Iraqi news media carry out tit-for-tat propaganda and propaganda campaigns in wartime and still have great reference value for carrying out urban air defense propaganda today.
