目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌抗体的制备方法。方法分别采用高压蒸汽法和煮沸法制备鲍曼不动杆菌抗原,与弗氏完全佐剂混合并乳化后免疫大鼠,末次免疫3周后采用琼脂扩散法检测大鼠血液中的鲍曼不动杆菌抗体。结果采用煮沸法制备的鲍曼不动杆菌抗原免疫大鼠后,大鼠血液内产生了较高水平的鲍曼不动杆菌抗体,效价达到1∶100。结论应用煮沸法制备的鲍曼不动杆菌抗原免疫大鼠,可获得高效价的鲍曼不动杆菌抗体。
Objective To investigate the preparation of Acinetobacter baumannii antibody. Methods Acinetobacter baumannii antigen was prepared by high-pressure steam method and boiling method, respectively. After being mixed with Freund’s complete adjuvant and emulsified, the rats were immunized, and after 3 weeks of the last immunization, the Baumann’s blood in the rat’s blood was tested by agar diffusion method Bacillus antibodies. Results After being immunized with Acinetobacter baumannii antigen prepared by boiling method, a high level of Acinetobacter baumannii antibody was produced in the blood of the rats and the titer reached 1: 100. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii antigen prepared by boiling method can be immunized with high titer anti-Acinetobacter baumannii antibody.
