基于铸造数值模拟技术,对冶金设备上的关键铸件—轴承座进行计算并对比分析了不同冒口设计下铸件的凝固过程。比较分析了不同冒口方案下铸件本体中缩孔倾向,优化了冒口方案,提高了工艺设计的可靠度。
Based on the foundry numerical simulation technology, the key castings on the metallurgical equipment are calculated and the solidification process of castings under different riser designs is compared and analyzed. The shrinkage tendency of castings under different riser schemes was compared and analyzed, the riser scheme was optimized and the reliability of process design was improved.
