制度创新以广泛民主为基础浮动工资是《南京日报》员工收入的大头,过去额度下到部门,以部门考核分配为主,去年5月,报社结合新一轮改版,决定对这一分配机制进行改革,由报社集中统一对主任、副主任的业绩以及80多名采编人员发稿数量和质量进行考评,在浮动工资总额不变的框架内实行全浮动,以激励先进,鞭策后进,实现改版目标。
