介绍了一种作者提出的容错型质量厚度传感器的原理及性能,给出了应用卡尔曼滤波器的传感器故障诊断算法,与容错型质量厚度传感器结合,实现了对传感器部分部件故障的容错,从而提高了传感器的可靠性。结合造纸过程的仿真研究表明,文中所给的诊断和容错方法,能及时准确探明并隔离出传感器故障,使传感器在正常及部分故障时,均能给出可靠的测量值。
This paper introduces the principle and performance of a fault-tolerant mass thickness sensor proposed by the author, and presents a sensor fault diagnosis algorithm based on Kalman filter, which is combined with a fault-tolerant mass thickness sensor to achieve fault tolerance of part of the sensor.
