为探讨面神经有无定向再生能力,本研究以自体静脉套接或神经移植修复大鼠面神经于缺损。术后3个月,用形态学方法及HRP逆行标记法观察移植体内再生轴突的形态、面神经核内神经元的变化以及靶器官与神经元对应关系的变化。结果显示:用自体静脉套接法修复面神经干缺损后,从神经元到静脉腔内的再生轴突以及靶器官与中枢的对应关系都更接近正常。结论:静脉腔内的微环境有利于面神经的定向再生。
In order to explore the facial nerve regeneration with or without orientation, the study of autologous vein graft or nerve graft repair of facial nerve defects in rats. Morphology and HRP retrograde labeling were used to observe the morphology of regenerated axons, the changes of neurons in the facial nucleus and the corresponding changes of target organs and neurons at 3 months after operation. The results showed that the repairing of facial nerve trunk defect with autologous vein socket method could make the relationship between the regenerated axons and the target organs and the center of neurons to the venous cavity closer to normal. Conclusion: The microenvironment in the venous cavity is conducive to the directional regeneration of the facial nerve.
