N,N-二苯基乙二胺(以下简称DED)是国内正在发展的稀土异戊胶的一种较好的抗氧剂,但其定量分析方法目前尚未见有专门报导。鉴于某些胺类抗氧剂可与重氮盐生成有色产物以进行比色分析,本工作较详细地研究了DED的生色反应,结果证明,只要严格控制生色反应的若干重要影响因素,就可有效而方便地对DED进行定量测定,其在乙醇溶液中的检出灵敏度达0.25×10~(-9)克分子/毫升,在橡胶中的检出量为已知值的95%左右,平行误差一般不大于2—3%。
N, N-diphenylethylenediamine (hereinafter referred to as DED) is a kind of good antioxidant which is developing rare earth isoprene in China, but its quantitative analysis method has not been reported yet. In view of certain amine antioxidants can produce colored products with diazonium salts for colorimetric analysis, this work studied the color reaction of DED in more detail. The results show that as long as the strict control of a number of important factors in the color reaction, DED can be measured effectively and conveniently with a detection sensitivity of 0.25 × 10 -9 mol / mL in ethanol and about 95% of the known value in rubber , The parallel error is generally not more than 2-3%.
