目的 :探讨黄河支流蟒河污染对沿岸人群微核发生率的影响。方法 :采用“改良人体外周血淋巴细胞微核检测方法” ,对污染区和对照区居民进行了外周血淋巴细胞微核检查。结果 :污染区居民外周血淋巴细胞微核率( 4 .65‰ )、微核细胞率 ( 4 .18‰ )明显高于对照区 ( 2 .2 1‰、2 .0 3‰ )。结论 :蟒河污染对沿岸居民遗传物质造成了一定的损伤。
Objective: To investigate the impact of pythonic pollution on tributaries of the Yellow River on the incidence of micronuclei in coastal populations. Methods: Using the method of “improving micronucleus test of human peripheral blood lymphocytes”, the micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected in the contaminated and control areas. Results: The frequency of micronuclei (4.65 ‰) and the rate of micronuclei (4.18 ‰) in residents in the polluted area were significantly higher than those in the control area (2.21 ‰, 2.03 ‰). Conclusion: The python river pollution caused certain damage to the genetic material of residents along the coast.
