针对传统圆筒混合机金属托辊受力不均及振动严重的结构缺陷,提出了聚氨酯轮胎非对称支撑销齿多点啮合传动新型圆筒混合机,并详细阐述了新型圆筒混合机的结构特征。通过对新型结构三维模型的建立和有限元分析,确定了聚氨酯轮胎布置方案,并进行了受力分析。结果表明,主、从动侧轮胎个数、布置角度和轮胎间距是影响轮胎寿命的三个重要因素,通过优化轮胎布置,使支撑筒体的每个轮胎受力均匀。改进后的轮胎支撑方式能大大改善传统圆筒混合托辊受力不均和振动严重的问题,并提高使用寿命。
Aimed at the structural defects of uneven force and severe vibration of the traditional metal roller of the cylindrical mixer, a new type of cylindrical mixer with multi-point meshing transmission with asymmetrical support pins of polyurethane tire was proposed and the structure of the new type of cylindrical mixer feature. Through the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the new structure and the finite element analysis, the layout scheme of the polyurethane tire is confirmed and the force analysis is carried out. The results show that the number of main and driven side tires, the arrangement angle and the tire spacing are three important factors that affect the life of the tire. By optimizing the tire arrangement, each tire supporting the cylinder body is evenly loaded. The improved tire support method can greatly improve the traditional cylindrical hybrid roller uneven stress and vibration problems, and improve service life.
