摘要目的分析幻听的特定静息态脑网络以探索精神分裂症的神经机制。材料与方法本横断面研究经伦理委员会批准,所有病人均签署知情同意书。利用独立成分分析方法分析17例伴有幻听的首发未治疗精神分裂症病人、15例不伴幻听的精神分裂症病人及19例健康对照者的静息态功能MRI数据。组间分析利用双回归方法。随后利用低频振荡振幅分析静息态脑网络中局部脑区活动异常情况。两组病人间利用双样本t检验对比局部脑区活动,应用Pearson相关
Abstract Objective To analyze the auditory hallucination-specific resting brain network to explore the neural mechanism of schizophrenia. Materials and Methods The cross-sectional study was approved by the Ethics Committee and all patients signed informed consent. Independent functional analysis was used to analyze resting functional MRI data of 17 patients with untreated schizophrenia with auditory hallucinations, 15 schizophrenia patients without auditory hallucinations, and 19 healthy controls. Intergroup analysis used a double regression method. Then the amplitude of low frequency oscillation was used to analyze the abnormality of local brain regions in resting brain network. Two groups of patients using two-sample t-test compared to local brain activity, the application of Pearson correlation
