为了得出煤柱支承压力在底板中的传播规律及分类,应用UDEC软件分别模拟了7种水平煤柱尺寸下压力集中系数在底板的传播形式、分布状态和变化趋势。在此基础上对煤柱宽度与传播深度的关系进行非线性拟合分析,研究结果表明煤柱压力传播深度与煤柱宽度呈指数关系,传播方向与重力方向重合,在底板中呈半椭圆形分布。煤柱底板压力分布形式随煤柱尺寸不同而变化,尺寸较大时两端应力高于中部,煤柱较小时中部高于两侧,均以煤柱中轴线为中心对称分布。
In order to get the law and classification of pillar supporting pressure in the bottom plate, UDEC software was used to simulate the propagation form, distribution and trend of the pressure concentration factor in the bottom plate in seven horizontal coal pillar sizes respectively. On this basis, the nonlinear fitting analysis of coal pillar width and propagation depth was carried out. The results show that the pressure propagation depth of coal pillar is exponential with the width of coal pillar. The propagation direction coincides with the direction of gravity and is semi-elliptical distributed. The pressure distribution pattern on the bottom of pillars varies with the size of the coal pillar. When the size is larger, the stress at both ends is higher than that in the middle part. When the coal pillar is small, the middle part is higher than both sides, and both are symmetrically distributed around the central axis of coal pillar.
