目的:建立一种同时测定牛黄解毒片中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚的含量测定方法。方法:以Xltimate~(TM) XB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,柱温35℃,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:430 nm;进样量10μl。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚分别在29.84~596.80 ng、34.56~691.20 ng、31.28~625.60 ng、33.76~675.20 ng、15.68~313.60 ng范围内呈良好线性关系,r分别为1.000 0,1.000 0,1.000 0,0.999 5,0.999 9,平均回收率分别为100.0%(RSD=0.8%),99.2%(RSD=0.9%),99.2%(RSD=1.1%),99.6%(RSD=0.6%),99.5%(RSD=0.5%)(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性好、准确度高,可用于综合评价牛黄解毒片的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in bezoar detoxification tablets. Methods: Xltimate ~ (TM) XB-C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the analytical column. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution · Min ~ (-1); detection wavelength: 430 nm; injection volume 10μl. Results: Aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion showed good linearity in the range of 29.84-596.80 ng, 34.56-691.20 ng, 31.28-625.60 ng, 33.76-675.20 ng, 15.68-313.60 ng (RSD = 0.8%), 99.2% (RSD = 0.9%), 99.2% (RSD = 1.1%), and the average recoveries were 100.0% ), 99.6% (RSD = 0.6%), 99.5% (RSD = 0.5%) (n = 6). Conclusion: This method has good specificity and high accuracy, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Niuhuangjiedu tablets.
