在日语教学的发展历程中,日语教学工作者对日语教学模式的创新的探索就从未停止。在传统的日语教学工作中,教师往往易忽视学生在课堂的主体地位,只一味注重知识的硬性传授,却忽略了对学生进行学习目标的积极引导。而这种传统的教学模式的弊端相当大,学生的自主学习空间受到束缚,学习兴趣和积极性不高,学生很难有很难有自主学习日语的意识和运用日语实践的能力,这也使得日语的教学效果不甚理想。而随着教育体制改革的不断深入发展以及日语教学实践经验的不断丰富,一种创新教学模式受到越来越多日语教学工作者以及学习者的青睐,那就是——目标式教学模式。
