抗原特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞 (cytotoxicTlymphocytes ,CTLs)的鉴定是研究CTL疫苗的基础。传统的鉴定方法费时费力 ,敏感性低 ,近年来出现了一种新的检测方法 ,即可溶性MHC 肽四聚体 (soluble MHC peptidetetramer)法 ,该方法克服了已有检测手段的缺点和局限性 ,提高了检测效率和敏感性 ,为鉴定特异性CTLs及研究细胞免疫的工作提供了简便、有效的途径。本文就可溶性MHC 肽四聚体法的原理及应用做一简要综述
Identification of antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) is the basis for the study of CTL vaccines. The traditional identification method is time-consuming and labor-intensive, with low sensitivity. In recent years, a new detection method, that is, the soluble MHC peptide tetramer method, overcomes the shortcomings and limitations of the existing detection methods. Improve detection efficiency and sensitivity, and provide a convenient and effective way for identifying specific CTLs and studying cellular immunity.
