目的:了解父母年龄因素对各类染色体异常患者出生的影响。方法:卡方检验比较128 例21 三体、33 例X 三体、118 例X 单体、74 例X结构异常和125 例嵌合体与正常人群出生时父母年龄的分布差异。结果:21 三体和X 三体出生时母亲年龄显著性偏高,21 三体父亲年龄同时偏高;而X 单体和X结构异常年青父亲比例显著性增多,嵌合体与对照组无显著性差异。结论:父母年龄因素对不同类型染色体异常出生的影响是不同的。
Objective: To understand the influence of parents’ age on the birth of all kinds of chromosomal abnormalities. Methods: Chi-square test was used to compare the distribution of parents’ age at birth in 128 cases of trisomy 21, 33 cases of X-trisomy, 118 cases of X-unit, 74 cases of X-structure abnormality and 125 cases of chimera and normal. Results: The trisomy 21 and X trisomy were significantly higher in the age of their mothers, while the age of the trisomy 21 was higher at the same time. However, the proportions of X-linked and X-structured young fathers were significantly higher than those of the control group difference. Conclusion: The influence of parents’ age on the birth of different types of chromosomal abnormalities is different.
