《客户关系管理实务》课程是电子商务专业的主干课程。在制订课程标准和开发教材的过程中,要遵循以下思路:对区域经济发展和行业需求深入调研,注重反映社会实践和学生就业的直接需要;在课程内容的设计上贴近工作实践和实务,注重反映学生未来工作的实际环境和实践操作;在教学模式的设计上注重以工作行动为导向,将知识点有机注入项目。遵循这些思路,才能更好地提高学生的就业技能,培养具有职业生涯发展基础的高素质应用型专业人才。
Customer Relationship Management Practice course is the main e-commerce course.
