浙江东南建设管理有限公司创建于1993年7月,2003年12月完成改制,具有工程监理综合资质、人民防空工程甲级、水利工程丙级监理资质和建筑设计乙级资质。多年来,在省内的主要地市都开展了业务,还分别在江苏、安徽、湖南、广西设立了分支机构,是浙江省监理协会副会长单位。现拥有各类专业技术人员768名,其中高级工程师53人,工程师245人,国家注册人员285人(监理工程师131人、人防工程师57人等等)。公司自1998年以来在已竣工的监理项目中获“詹天佑大奖”
Zhejiang Southeast Construction and Management Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1993 and completed the restructuring in December 2003.
