In the past we used oil bath furnace heating cylinder jacket, this heating method not only heating a long time but also consume a lot of gear oil. In order to improve the shortcomings brought by heating the water jacket with the oil bath furnace, the electromagnetic induction heater was made by the innovation system from October 1972 and passed the trial run of 24 diesel engines with good effect.
