用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重法(TG)和耐温试验,研究了含高氯酸钾(KP)复合推进剂的热分解行为和耐温性。结果表明,在290~450℃,KP复合推进剂先发生KP吸热晶型转变,黏合剂体系放热分解,质量损失约30%;在450~550℃,KP完全熔融和分解,推进剂质量损失约84.5%,放热量为2 633J/g。KP复合推进剂在180℃下保温48h后各项性能变化很小,可以用于深层油气井压裂弹。
The thermal decomposition behavior and temperature resistance of potassium perchlorate (KP) composite propellants were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and temperature resistance test. The results showed that KP endothermic crystal transition occurred first at 290-450 ℃, the binder system was exothermic decomposition, the mass loss was about 30%; at 450-550 ℃, KP completely melted and decomposed, the mass of propellant Loss of about 84.5%, heat release of 2 633J / g. KP composite propellant at 180 ℃ for 48h after the insulation performance of small changes, can be used for deep oil and gas fracturing projectile.
