语言持续不断地形成着我们对世界和对自己的看法。阅读的能力是以语言为基础的,听、说、写等语言能力也是如此。一切语言活动都把交流思想当作它们的中心目的。利用学生的听和说的能力,培养对书面语言的理解,这是学校的任务,只有靠综合运用各种语言能力才能实现这个目的。教授阅读一定不能孤立于其它语言活动,而应该利用孩子们丰富的语言背景。教师设计和实施一套综合的,以语言为基础的阅读教学计划的能力是由他对我们目前的语言知识的理解决定的。
Language continues to form our own perception of the world and of ourselves. The ability to read is based on the language, listening, speaking, writing and other language skills as well. All language activities regard communication as their central goal. It is the school’s task to harness the student’s listening and speaking abilities to develop a written understanding of the language that can be achieved only by a combination of linguistic capabilities. Teaching reading must not be isolated from other language activities, but should take advantage of children’s rich language backgrounds. The ability of teachers to design and implement a comprehensive, language-based reading instructional plan is determined by his understanding of our current linguistic knowledge.
