眼球脉冲是每次血流冲击脉络膜血管床所产生。是反映脉络膜血流情况的良好指征。测量眼压时,特别是电子眼压计行眼压描记时可观察到此现象。眼内外的血管异常,都可使之直接受到影响。任何原因的脉络膜萎缩、颈动脉阻塞、心力衰竭等都会使眼球脉冲幅度减低。高度近视眼的脉络膜视网膜通常变薄而且萎缩。因此,流入眼内的血流相应地受到了损害。Avetisov等用眼底荧光血管造影已证明高度近视眼患者的微循环异常。本文通过用Langham空气压力自动描记器测量眼压的同时,测量并记录了-5.00D以上的近视眼20例40眼的眼球脉冲幅度,用正常眼20例40眼做对照。结果是-5.00D以上近视眼眼球脉
Eye pulse is the impact of each blood flow generated by the choroidal vascular bed. Is a good indicator of choroidal blood flow. This phenomenon can be observed when measuring intraocular pressure, especially when using an ocular tonometer. Intra-ocular vascular abnormalities, can make it directly affected. Any cause of choroidal atrophy, carotid artery obstruction, heart failure and so will reduce the pulse rate of the eye. Choroidal retina in high myopia usually thin and atrophy. As a result, the blood flow into the eye is correspondingly compromised. Avisionisov and other fundus fluorescein angiography have proved that patients with high myopia microcirculation abnormalities. In this paper, we measured and recorded the eyeball pulse amplitudes of 20 eyes of 40 cases with -5.00D myopia by using Langham air pressure auto-tracer, and compared them with 40 eyes of 20 normal eyes. The result is -5.00D myopia above the eyeball
