针对核主泵中的热屏部件进行了大型奥氏体不锈钢锻件的超声检测工艺流程设计。该锻件内外径比大于1/2且探测厚度大于600mm,使超声检测难度加大,因此选择小角度纵波斜探头检测,并着重分析了检测中探头的选择及试块的校准方法。根据首批试件的检测结果,证明该流程设计合理,可用于指导工程实践,为核电设备制造的国产化及奥氏体不锈钢锻件超声检测标准的制定提供依据。
For the main screen in the main heat pump components for large-scale austenitic stainless steel forging ultrasonic testing process design. The diameter to diameter ratio of the forging is greater than 1/2 and the thickness of the test is more than 600mm, which make the ultrasonic testing more difficult. Therefore, the small-angle longitudinal wave oblique probe is chosen and the choice of the probe and the calibration method are emphatically analyzed. According to the test results of the first batch of test pieces, it is proved that the process is reasonable in design and can be used to guide the engineering practice, providing the basis for the domestic standardization of the manufacturing of nuclear power equipment and the development of the ultrasonic testing standard for austenitic stainless steel forgings.
