处于幼儿时期的学生,身心发展还不是很健全,并且大多数又是独生子女,所以需要教师特别精心;并且,入学之后,班级就是学生活动的主要场所,所以对于班级的管理也是教师的一项重要工作。根据多年的教学经验,在与孩子以及与孩子家长的沟通过程中,总结了几点有关优化创新管理水平的策略,希望对大家有所帮助。
