利用ProCAST软件对00Cr18Ni10N不锈钢复杂多孔薄壁结构件的熔模铸造过程进行数值模拟,观察铸件的充型与凝固过程,及其可能产生的缺陷。确定熔模铸造最佳工艺参数:型壳温度为800℃,浇注温度为1 650℃,充型压力为0.4Pa,充型速度为0.8m/s。采用固溶后再退火的热处理工艺,得到最佳热处理参数如下:1 020℃×2.5h固溶处理,风冷;900℃×1.5h退火处理,风冷。经验证表明,铸件成形效果良好,化学成分均匀,无明显气孔、缩松等缺陷;铸件抗拉强度、屈服强度及伸长率分别高于其技术要求规定8.29%、3.86%和80%。
ProCAST software was used to simulate the investment casting process of 00Cr18Ni10N stainless steel complex porous thin-walled structural parts and to observe the process of filling and solidification of castings and their possible defects. Determine the best investment casting process parameters: shell temperature of 800 ℃, pouring temperature of 1 650 ℃, filling pressure of 0.4Pa, filling speed of 0.8m / s. The optimal heat treatment parameters are as follows: 1 020 ℃ × 2.5h solution treatment, air cooling; 900 ℃ × 1.5h annealing, air-cooled. The results show that casting has good forming effect, uniform chemical composition, no obvious pores, shrinkage and other defects. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the castings are 8.29%, 3.86% and 80% higher than the technical requirements respectively.
