杂原子磷酸铝分子筛(M-Al PO4-5)由于具有独特的一维孔道机构和功能各异的骨架杂原子,集氧化还原活性中心和酸性中心为一身,成为有良好前景的氧化还原分子筛和双功能催化剂。本论文采用水热合成法合成了Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Zr、Ni、V、Ca等金属改性的杂原子磷酸铝分子筛,并通过XRD、NH3-TPD、元素分析(ICP)等表征方法,系统考察了初始凝胶中原料配比、不同金属元素以及焙烧温度等对分子筛晶相结构、金属插入量、酸性及水稳定性的影响。
