Adopting the new FPGA chip programmable system with embedded PowerPC405 processor hard core and the 1553B protocol chip 65170 of American DDC Company to construct the remote terminal system of 1553B bus, the basic characteristics of PowerPC405 processor hard core and Virtex-ⅡPro series FPGA chip are introduced. System hardware and software implementation methods and design verification results.
