中国科学院石家庄农业现代化研究所和国家建材局建材研究院,研制的玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)温室骨架,节省钢材,性能好,经济效益高。我区地处塞北,气候非常寒冷,农作物生长期短,蔬菜数量少,品种少,价格高。针对这一情况,我厂试制成功玻璃纤维增强水泥温室骨架,还试制成功本地区迫切需要的网围栏立柱、葡萄架等。通过大量试验,我们完善了网围栏立柱的生产工艺,改进了结构,还研制出安装施工的特殊方法和机具,使玻璃纤维增强
The glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC) greenhouse frame developed by the Shijiazhuang Institute of Agricultural Modernization of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Building Materials Bureau’s Institute of Building Materials has saved steel, has good performance, and has high economic benefits. Our district is located in Saibei, and the climate is very cold. The growing period of crops is short, the number of vegetables is small, the variety is small, and the price is high. In view of this situation, our factory successfully produced glass fiber reinforced cement greenhouse skeletons, and also trial-produced the success of the network fence pillars, grape racks and so on. Through a large number of tests, we have perfected the production process of the net fence column, improved the structure, and also developed special methods and equipment for installation and construction to make the glass fiber reinforced.
