1.我们确定了异丙醇对经过阳离子交换纯化的丙烯酰胺水溶液在过硫酸铵引发聚合时,其加量的改变对聚合度影响的关系。要获得分子量为5—7×10~4的聚丙烯酰胺时,可采用1:0.85~1:1(单体重量比异丙醇)加量。2.异丙醇的调节聚合度的作用随着加量的增加其效果明显减弱,当加量小于1:0.4时对降低聚合度的影响较明显。3.从泥浆试验表明:LHP分子量为5-7×10~4水介度为30%时,可将明化镇造浆土泥浆比重由1.20降到1.08左右,并兼有一定的降失水作用。当水介度为70%左右时,可将原浆失水从35.1毫升降到8毫升左右。因此,分子量为5—7×10~4,水介度为70%时是一种兼有降比重性能的降失水剂。此分子量范围内,水介度为90%以上时,有更好的降失水作用,但对泥浆降比重没有效果。4.LHP分子量为5—7×10~4,水介度为30%时,对泥浆的粘度影响极少。

We determined the effect of isopropanol on the degree of polymerization as a function of the amount of isopropyl alcohol activated cationically-purified aqueous acrylamide when ammonium persulfate was initiated. To obtain polyacrylamide with a molecular weight of 5-7 × 10 ~ 4, the amount of 1: 0.85 ~ 1: 1 (monomer weight isopropanol) can be used. 2. The regulation of isopropanol The effect of the degree of polymerization with the increase of the amount of its effect was significantly weakened, when the amount of less than 1: 0.4 to reduce the degree of polymerization is more obvious. 3. From the mud test showed that: LHP molecular weight of 5-7 × 10 ~ 4 when the water content of 30%, the town of Minghua slurry can reduce the mud from 1.20 to about 1.08, and both a certain loss of water effect. Therefore, the molecular weight of 5-7 × 10 ~ 4, the water content of 70% is a drop-weight performance of both fluid loss agent. In this molecular weight range, the water cutoff is more than 90%, there is a better role in reducing water loss, but no effect on the mud weight reduction. 4.LHP molecular weight of 5-7 × 10 ~ 4, the water content of 30%, the viscosity of the mud had little effect.
