在ZJ15钻机底座的相似模型上进行了垂直方向的模态试验 ,通过传递函数分析及模态分析 ,研究了底座模型垂直方向的动态特性 .研究表明 ,传动底座的联接方式及松紧程度对整体结构的模态都有影响 ,可通过改变联接方式及松紧程度来改变结构垂直方向的模态频率 ;螺栓联接方式对模态频率的影响较大 ,U型螺栓联接方式的影响较小 .对ZJ15钻机底座的设计制造提出了建议 ,认为应根据其模态频率确定传动底座的联接方式以及底座上设备的转动频率
