广西具有独特的地理位置和传统文化,非物质文化遗产丰富,但是现行法律很难对其进行有效的保护。鉴于非物质文化遗产的特殊性,文章建议以知识产权特殊立法、确定权利主体的范围、救济方式、行政机关的职权区分等对广西区内的非物质文化遗产进行更好的保护。 Guangxi has a unique geographical location and traditional culture, rich intangible cultural heritage, but the current law is difficult to effectively protect them. In view of the particularity of intangible cultural heritage, the article suggests that the intangible cultural heritage in Guangxi should be better protected by the special legislation of intellectual property, the scope of the main body of rights, the mode of relief and the separation of powers and functions of administrative organs.
