对Zn-Al超塑性合金在成形模具型腔过程中流动应力增高的异常情况,从原始组织上进行了分析研究,发现有异常的网状组织。试验寻找合适的热处理方法来消除这种网状组织,并对网状组织消除前后的试件进行等温压缩对比试验。
The anomalous flow stress of Zn-Al superplastic alloy in the process of forming the mold cavity was analyzed and analyzed from the original structure, and abnormal network structure was found. Test to find a suitable heat treatment method to eliminate this reticular tissue, and reticular tissue samples before and after the isothermal compression comparison test.
