禽流感(Bird Flu或Avian Influenza)是由禽流感病毒引起的一种急性传染病,也能感染人类。近年来,源于动物宿主的禽流感已经成为影响人类健康最重要的挑战之一[1-2]。禽流感疫情曾在家禽和野生鸟类中的多次暴发,严重打击了亚洲、欧洲和非洲多个国家的家禽业和社会经济,同时也对公众健康构成重大威胁[3]。 Bird Flu or Avian Influenza is an acute infectious disease caused by the bird flu virus and can infect humans as well. In recent years, bird flu originating from animal hosts has become one of the most important challenges affecting human health [1-2]. Several outbreaks of bird flu in poultry and wild birds have severely hit poultry and socio-economic conditions in many countries in Asia, Europe and Africa, and have also posed a significant threat to public health.
